If they have what you like this is a great option if they don't then don't bother asking. One example is diet or zero anything besides diet coke. Also tires are the same, used to be better, but now they don't carry decent tires.
Sam’s Club always surprises me with the products they keep in stock. We know that Sam’s Club is famous for the products you can by in bulk from bread to eggs. The seasonal items tend to be exciting because you don’t know what they will get in. One time they had classic video arcade games you can set up at your home. Today I saw folding chairs and tents for tailgating with the Tuskegee University logo on them. These will not last long! If you like this review, please like and share it. Have a great day!
This store has more positive then negative. Goods are cheaper then other stores. It has lot of space inside and outside,you can easily make social distance. I love buying food here. But, know that you MUST have its own store card even for enter.
Another this I never have positive experience with Sam’s club gas. I won’t use from even-if cheaper.
Generally easy to find most needed items but some things are not offered at all times which is less fortunate, sometimes the fruit seems a bit iffy but everything else seems fine.
Called a couple of times and was on hold for 40+mins each time. Once was that the people who do the curb side pickup were not picking up. The second time was just put on hold and left there. We had a pick up time set, we got the notification it was ready about 20 mins after the end of our time slot. Then we still had to wait about an hour while they pulled it. Was informed that the manager who was supposed to be getting it pulled was just walking around the floor. Customer service need a lot of work.
Waited 2 1/2 hours for my pickup order. There was one person bringing orders out and she looked like she was about to pass out. If they would just communicate with people when they are behind we could make other arrangements. We got nothing, when we asked how much longer we were just told "were working on it". POOR MANAGEMENT!
It is rare that you make a visit to any 'big box' store and not leave with everything you have on your list plus extra.
I am so disgusted with this Sam's Club location at this point. The food Cafe stays out of stock. If not out of stock forever holding on hotdogs. The icy machine stays broken. When will the GM address these issues. The workers are pleasant, but how frustrating it must be to having to deal with angry customers. Management needs to step up their game!
